Empire Strikes Back Darth Vader Lightsaber Measurements Taken with Digital Calipers from Genuine Heiland and MPP Parts. Only Need Supports for the Shroud, Sand and Shape to Fit (Any 1.5" Tube Works) and Paint with Black Gloss for the Button and Clamp, and Textured Matte Black for the Shroud. Didn't Design the Bubble Strip as a Genuine Part (from an Old Red LED Calculator), but Not Hard to Come By and Look Much Better as a Genuine Clear Part. Use Sticky Back Aluminum Tape for the Reverse Side of the Clear Bubble Strip. Please Note: I Redesigned the Clamp for a Better Fit, and Stability during Print. Even Though the Clamp Parts are Thin, the Two Halves Glue Well with Super Glue, and Once the Other Parts Are Added and Painted, You'll See No Seams. I Have Also Included a Slightly Different Version of the Clamp Which Can Be Printed in One Part and with the Button Included, for Less Individual Prints. Use Whichever One Suits You Best. You May Trim Away the Part Behind the Clamp 'Straights' to Give the Wrap Around Circular Part Some 'Pinch', or Else Leave as Is. (Also Repaired the Slight 'Glitch' in the Shroud) If Anyone Has Any Suggestions, Feel Free to Let Me Know, I'm Always Looking to Improve My Designs.
