Vader Glow Lithography
thingiverse
Small Death Star Lithography for Vader. Print it using a single extruder printer in 2 easy steps. First, print the base of the glow that lights up the Death Star. It's just 135 x 94 x 1.2 millimeters without any circular rafts. To make it bigger, scale only the x and y axes but not the height. Once the base is printed and the printer finishes its job, change the filament and adjust the z-axis by +1.2 mm to print the second layer. Next, open the positive or negative design of the Death Star model, scale it in place just like the base (remember to only scale the x and y axes). Send it to print. Both a positive and a negative version of the design are included here, with the base, positive, and negative layers being 1.2 mm tall. They work well for layer heights of 100, 200, 300, or 400 microns. Have fun printing this dark side model! Print Settings: Printer: DaVinci Jr Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 microns (layer height) Infill: 90% (linear) Notes: Printed in Prima Select Glow and AdWire Basic Red. 1.75 mm PLA 0.4 mm Nozzle
