Most files are directly from ROWAN and come with a creative commons license that allows for non-profit sharing, which can be found at https://engineering.rowan.edu/research-centers/mask/index.html. If you're having trouble accessing them on Thingiverse, the link provides everything including the default filter grill, but not the unique Vader front design. I created the Vader-inspired front section as a fun way to encourage my kids to wear the mask and make it more engaging for them. I printed the masks in black to achieve a darker effect, reminiscent of Darth's appearance. For printing and fitting instructions, please refer to ROWAN's guidelines, which are included along with other essential information such as filtration media details. These masks can be customized by printing one of three sizes that closely match your face size, then shaping them to fit your face by submerging them in hot water according to the provided instructions. Printing these files requires no support material. I recommend using a layer height of 0.2mm and a wall thickness of 2 units (totaling 0.8mm) with an infill density of 15% and PLA as the best choice, given its suitability for the hot water forming technique.
