Vacuum Variable Capacitor to GT2 Pulley
thingiverse
I'll share this tidbit with anyone who might be interested anyway. This component fits perfectly onto the drive shaft of my vacuum variable capacitor. The shaft itself measures approximately 12.6 millimeters in diameter - the bore in this part is precisely 12.75 millimeters. Furthermore, there's a crossbar running through it that's three millimeters in diameter and perpendicular to the shaft, hence the cutout. My VVC is clearly labelled as C.M.C-147-684. It operates at ten kilovolts with a capacitance range of zero to 300 picofarads. Although it was initially listed as a Jennings unit, there's no branding on it whatsoever and I couldn't find any reference to this specific part.
