Updated Edition of the Tool - Enhanced Features and Capabilities. This edition utilizes an ER11 shank, which boasts a wide range of collets to meet your precise light tooling demands. Notable enhancements include increasing the bearing size to 8mm ID compared to the previous 3-jaw chuck version, necessitating reprinting of the entire unit if transitioning from the original model. The ER11 shank resolves balance issues and achieves consistent accuracy at all rpms. Furthermore, the dust nozzle features a recessed track for secure attachment of soft bristles obtained from an affordable hardware store paint brush. Although not mandatory, these added bristles greatly improve dust collection during machining operations involving sanding. For reference, consult the provided links to the shank, collets, and bearings as detailed in the instructions. For assembly and operation, please follow these steps: 1. Print a single copy of each component, with two instances of the turbine blade files. 2. Utilize solid fill at .2mm layer thickness for optimal results. 3.
