I created this as a small project to extract air from large ziplock bags containing spools of filament (for storage). In the end, I would say that it functions reasonably well - the pump doesn't extract air quickly, but eventually does so. Attached files include the .stl file and the fusion 360 file. The enclosure is designed for the vacuum pump: https://www.banggood.com/DC-12V-Vacuum-Pump-Suction-Pump-with-Bracket-Negative-Pressure-Suction-p-1054322.html?p=FS130332466325201912&custlinkid=725723 The hole on the side is for a power jack: https://www.banggood.com/5_5mm-X-2_1mm-DC-Power-Supply-Metal-Jack-Audio-Socket-With-Nut-And-Washer-p-934446.html?p=FS130332466325201912&custlinkid=725723 Here is the power supply I used: https://www.banggood.com/AC100-240V-to-DC12V-3A-36W-EU-US-UK-AU-Plug-Power-Supply-Adapter-for-LED-Strip-Light-5_52_1mm-p-1265955.html?p=FS130332466325201912&custlinkid=725723 The holes in the top are for 1/4 inch inner diameter, 3/8 inch outer diameter hoses.
