This is a controller for a vacuum pump, used to generate a constant, stable vacuum. The controller can be used over usb, as part of a pick-and-place machine, or standalone, with a footswitch. The 3D-printed part is a housing for a pressure sensor. A BMP280 pressure sensor is placed inside the housing, a lid is put on top, a PU rubber tube is connected, and everything is sealed with silicone rubber. Apart from the pressure sensor you will also need a 12V vacuum pump, a 12V solenoid valve, suitable for vacuum, and you will need to solder the electronics controller.
