This is an attachment to place on your smaller Shop Vacuum's and house Vacuum's to aid in getting all your pool inflatable toys down to a "vacuum pac" look for easy storing during the winter months. The fixture just slips over your vacuum nozzle and your set to go. the Fixture has 3 by-pass top holes to allow additional airflow to the vacuum motor to keep things cool. I would depend on how many items you have to deflate that you pull the fixture off and allow ambient air to flow for a few seconds to ensure things are kept cool. If you are a car detailer we always look for additional tools to help in the cleaning process, well this is your new small spot cleaner, between the seat creases is the worst to get, well not anymore..
