Remove Water from Damaged Boards with a Vacuum Patch. Use Packing Tape to Secure Aquarium Tubing and a Reversed Air Pump. A Printable Water Trap Keeps Water Out. To remove water from damaged boards, use packing tape to attach aquarium tubing and a vacuum pump. I'm using a reversed air pump as my vacuum source. A printable water trap prevents water from entering the pump. Filaments for 3D Printing: Zen Toolworks Clear Flexible, 3D Supply Source Red Flexible, and Atomic Aqua Translucent PETG work well for this project.
