Vacuum paper towel holder

I need something to hold paper towels that's easy to remove without damaging the surface. I found cheap Chinese vacuum cup holders that cost about $1 for a pair. They work fine but there are some issues to fix. The paper towel roll presses hard against the tube holder. The sucker holder walls should be at least 2mm thick. The tube holder needs to be less than 10 mm wide. The coupling system for holding the tube itself needs improvement so it can be easily removed. This is the first iteration, so I'll keep an eye on this one.
