Vacuum Insulated Jug Handle

I conceptualized a custom handle for my FiftyFifty double wall vacuum insulated jug, which holds sixty-four ounces. This initial prototype does not fit snugly and marks the beginning of my design journey. I attached a bicycle grip to the handle with hopes that it will improve usability. Future iterations will involve fine-tuning the dimensions to achieve a seamless fit. For now, the device struggles to handle the weight when the jug is full, so several versions will be developed to overcome this limitation. Print Settings: Rafts: Any settings work fine Supports: Same goes for supports, anything is good Resolution: My prints are best with a resolution of .2mm Infill: Ninety percent infill has become my go-to choice.
