I created a 40 mm vacuum cleaner hose adapter to produce customized adapters, so I designed this piece myself. I tested it thoroughly and it performed exceptionally well. You can utilize this design to create your own adapters with confidence, as the threads are robust and work flawlessly. The Fusion 360 file is included for your convenience. If you extend it slightly, it can serve as a connector for two hoses effectively. This adapter also works seamlessly with 39 mm European-style vacuum hoses, featuring a 5 mm thread pitch and 3 revolutions. I've even added an example of a hose adapter for a router table fence dust port to demonstrate its versatility in meeting your specific needs.
