Human: 1/4" I.D. hose vacuum bagging connector features a straight port without schrader valve, non-shear disk, and an o-ring sealed breach. Alternatively, call it "frog." Inspired by DariusShekari at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:61666 The vacuum infusion setup is for ABS 3D printed parts. Additional images reveal an ultra-cheap configuration. Instructions: Print the Foot with a 0.3mm layer thickness, 3 layers, and 90% fill. Use a 0.2mm layer thickness, 3 layers, and 25% fill for Ring and Nut. This design can be printed with or without rafts; supports are unnecessary. PLA prints well at 240 C, using a feed rate of 100 mm/s. Utilize -223 O-rings for an effective seal. Insert the bag between the o-ring and ring. Tighten the nut after aligning the hole in the bag snugly around the threaded base of the foot. Wipe clean before epoxy/resin sets. Drill a new hole if clogging occurs. Results improve with each use. Discard the Foot and print another if used to full cure.
