Vacuum cooler 80mm fan for Notebook
thingiverse
I had problems with sudden shutdowns due to overheating when using my notebook. Cleaning the air exit and normal cooler pads wouldn't help, so I designed a vacuum cooler. ### The shutdowns were solved, even during high duty. - To keep your notebook cool when playing games or high usage. - Insert an 80mm fan blowing outwards in the square part of the print. I'm using a 12V fan. - Fit the small opening of the print at the air exit of your notebook. - Seal the gap between the notebook and the vacuum cooler. I used common tape. Four pieces were enough. PS: Adjust the width and curvature of the print as you wish to fit your notebook by editing the .blend file. Mine is an old Ideapad Z460 and it fits nicely.
