I just had to replace the broken wheel on my trusty vacuum cleaner myself since the parts aren't readily available anywhere nearby and the one in there was badly damaged, luckily after measuring everything I got the chance to use this excellent tool - freeCad to design and create a custom part with a lot more detail than you normally get off the shelf
