Designed to clamp a KP1-4 5-100pF 25kV variable vacuum capacitor together with the 28mm diameter ends of the copper tube from the magnetic loop antenna, this bracket is a clever solution. The contacts of the capacitor are 52mm in diameter, and the cut-outs in the clamps are precisely sized to accommodate a 1mm thick strap of copper plate that runs around both the capacitor contact and the copper tube, connecting them seamlessly.
