Simple vacuum boot for DIY CNC machines utilizing an 80mm spindle and a 31mm OD vacuum hose. I originally intended to use a 1/8" bristle brush but encountered difficulty sourcing one locally, so I designed a TPU substitute. The only hardware you may want to consider, though not strictly necessary, is a 3.5" hose clamp to secure the boot in place. The boot fits snugly enough that it holds its position without any additional support. Alternatively, scaling the print by -0.01% will result in an even tighter fit.
