The DeWalt D26676-XE Planer boasts an unconventional airfoil/cloud icon shaped dust port, clearly visible in the accompanying photos, and I've never discovered an adapter that matches this planer's unique design. Even if one existed, DeWalt charges exorbitant prices for some of its accessories, which is unsettling. To address this issue, I crafted an adapter to fit snugly onto the exterior of the dust port on the planer, allowing a standard 35mm circular vacuum to be inserted into the other end of the adapter. Both ends feature a taper to ensure secure attachment and a tight seal. The adapter was engineered to be 3mm thick, which has proven more than sufficient for my needs. Attempting to make it thicker would encroach upon some of the surrounding protrusions on the planer. This homemade adapter functions admirably for me, but I caution users that it can quickly overwhelm their vacuum if not used with care. I strongly recommend employing a cyclonic separator whenever possible to mitigate this issue.
