Vacuum Adapter for Chicago Electric Miter Saw
pinshape
I needed a Vacuum Hose adapter for my Chicago Electric Miter saw and wanted to test ABS plastic on my Fabrikator Mini 3D printer. So I designed this adapter using Tinkercad, then printed it out on the Fabrikator Mini. I also coated the design with an Acetone wash to give it more strength. The print settings were a 0.2mm layer and 50% fill, using Inland Black ABS at 210C. To make this adapter, first print it with a 0.2mm layer and 50% fill. Use Inland Black ABS at 210C on the Fabrikator Mini. Place Buildtak on the bed to help hold down the print, along with some Avery Glue Stick.
