Wall thickness is 1.6 mm, so it has four shells on most layers to ensure smooth printing.\nFor this application, I prefer the flexibility of ABS plastic. If you print in PLA, try scaling your model to about 99.5%. Printing the test file first will save some filament - it only includes the top and bottom 2 mm of the adapter.\nAlso, consider adding a skirt of 8-10 perimeters that touch the part to prevent it from lifting off the print bed during printing.\nPost-Printing\nAfter printing, scrape the bottom edges smooth with a hobby knife to remove any rough spots.\nAn acetone vapor bath for added strength is optional.
