I purchased a high-performance Craftsman Wet Dry Vacuum (Model # 12002), similar to the Vacmaster vf408. Unfortunately, my Rigid 1 7/8 hose, measuring 10 feet long, was not compatible with the new vacuum. The new vacuum features a screw-on connector, whereas the hose has a slip-in connector secured by a clip. To resolve this issue, I created an adapter that seamlessly connects them.
