I modified the badge back from this thing, but I had larger magnets on hand, so the holes are larger - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4752703 And I loved the badges, but I only wanted to print one and I didn't have any pin backs on hand, so I basically chopped the Pro Hug pin out of the pack and modified the back to fit 8x3mm magnets. The magnet holes are a hair tight, so I widened up the holes a hair with a deburring tool post printing.
