The 3D model showcases a contemporary vacation house perched on a cliff, connected by a bridge across its two main structures. V-Ray 3.7 for Revit was employed for rendering and material application. The model components are conveniently organized on separate layers. Measurements follow the generic/meters scale. Rendering was accomplished using Revit 2018 with Vray 3.7, while textures were applied exclusively in Vray. Available file formats encompass Revit V-Ray and standard materials scenes, as well as OBJ (Multi Format) and FBX (Multi Format). Additionally, a WinZip file includes 14 PDF plan sets comprising a site view, two foundation sheets, two base sheets, roof layout, sections, and more for comprehensive understanding.
