This 3D model was originally built with Sketchup 8 before being converted into various other formats. Its native format remains .skp while the 3ds Max scene runs on 2016, rendering images using Vray 3.00. Imagine this was a small, local bookstore I once called my own, filled with shelves stacked high with titles from all genres. However, things took an unexpected turn - I lost my lease due to circumstances beyond my control, and before long, creditors swooped in, taking almost everything: the doors, fixtures, even the sink and toilet. Miraculously, I managed to retain their contact information as they seemed content with leaving a single item behind. A rock, conveniently left intact on the entrance floor, is now serving as an unwelcome conversation starter. Although my assets were plundered, I breathe a sigh of relief knowing they spared me one thing: my cash register. Regrettably, there are remnants of what was once a cherished sanctuary - several books that failed to find their way onto a reader's shelf, and a makeshift break room tucked away in the backrooms. While searching for a lost item may prove daunting within those cramped spaces, finding your way through is still possible due to a side entrance whose door remains wide open. In the main building area lies an abundance of individual components that served as bookshelves in their previous lives; feel free to either reuse or discard them at your leisure. You will however, have to consider constructing new floor levels to turn this simple rectangular box into anything resembling its former state. While there's little evidence left from my business venture - only the remnants of dreams and what once was a passion - one can't help but feel an overwhelming curiosity about the endless possibilities others might imagine for this vacant shell. I invite you to breathe life back into this forgotten corner and watch as the potential for something extraordinary unfolds.
