This is my maiden design-build project, so be gentle - I'm eager for some feedback. I've drawn inspiration from an array of designs that have caught my eye while browsing the web. The pulleys are all GT2 toothed pulleys with a 5mm bore diameter. Standard belts will be used (size to be determined once measured). All screws are 0.8mm in diameter, featuring a thread pitch (further details to follow). A 3v gearbox motor is situated within the supercharger's drive space, and can be linked to an RC control system for synchronized pulley movement. Ten millimeter-diameter bearings with a five millimeter bore will be used throughout. Four plain bearings are positioned at the rear of the block. One plain bearing is situated on the supercharger's face side. Four flanged bearings are installed at the front face. Inside the supercharger intake, I'm currently working on fitting a micro servo to operate the flaps. Future updates will follow.
