Minor remix of the basic Jhead mount to make it compatible with the Openbuilds V-Slot Universal Gantry Plate. I filled in the creality holes, extended the block slightly, and added 4 holes to match up with the 5mm holes on the gantry plate. https://openbuildspartstore.com/v-slot-gantry-plate-universal/ The provided OpenSCAD should be also applicable to the more complicated mount, just change the filename and shift the constants.
