V6 parametric fan shroud

I needed to swap out my v6 30mm fan due to excessive noise and I only had a smaller one, a 50mm fan, on hand. To make the most of this new setup, I made the design parametric so that I can easily adapt it for use with a 40mm fan in the future if needed. The hotend diameter is also adjustable, allowing me to accommodate different hotends as required. Furthermore, I added a hole for securing a ziptie, which was previously coming loose.
