V400 Tool Holder

V400 Tool Holder

I haven't seen a good tool holder for the V400, so I though I would build one. This is patterned off of several different models that were floating around for the Super Racer. It's not a remix, as it was built from scratch in SketchUp. I tried to include a bunch of different holes, slots and hangers, as everyone likes to put different things there. It can hold allot, as you can see be the one pic with mine semi-full loaded. I tried to keep this a little slimmer in terms of profile. I printed this with Hatchbox Black PLA, .04 nozzle on V400, using PrusaSlicer and the 3D Print Beginner V400 PLA Standard Profile (which works awsome, BTW). I went to 30% Gyroid fill for a little added strength (may be overkill) No Supports Required. Should not require a brim if you first layer is good It took the V400 about 1 Hr and 19 minutes to print Don't try to spread the arms into the channels from the side. Go from the top and and just give them a gentle tug to get started, then slide the holder down the channel to your desired height Tags
