V4 F2 HEPA Filter Respirator

This is the Printable .obj for the V4 F2 HEPA Filter Respirator, designed to exhaust CO2 and water vapor buildup from the mask for added comfort and reduced air resistance. The V4 model features an intake valve within the filter's interior and a release valve for efficient exhaust. As a prototype, this design has not undergone clinical testing and is intended only for emergency medical use outside of professional settings. 3D printing can introduce porosity and other issues that may prevent it from being used in medical contexts. Important: print valves and gaskets with TPU material. Additional designs and base molds are available on my website, JoshHughes.Studio/Shop, and can be downloaded for free. The filter required for this mask is the 3M Filtrete "Dirt Devil" F2 Type Part # 6580B (HEPA), which is certified to capture particles down to .3 microns. The recommended filter fits into this mask and meets the same filtering standards as N95, P95, and R95 masks designed for COVID-19 protection. However, I do not guarantee the protective ability of this design and urge users to exercise caution when wearing it.
