These ducts represent the latest advancement in my custom duct design for the e3d clone hotend. Flow rates have been increased by another 10%, and barrel flow has also seen significant improvements. The primary focus is on optimizing the flow direction, which now circulates around the print before aiming directly towards its center. Fans have been positioned at a steeper angle to minimize interference with the lcd display that some printers feature. Pressure loss has decreased dramatically, resulting in an impressively low value of 6%. Installation has become remarkably easier due to the reduced number of required screws and nuts, which is now just six of each.
