So Joseph Zisa is either unwilling to share CAD files of his v29 whistle or doesn't possess those. I decided to create my own based on his design from scratch, utilizing only the general concept for that design. This one was created entirely from the ground up; I used the idea of Joseph Zisa's design as inspiration. **Please note that the license is different for this one:** It's under the GNU GPL v3. The shape is distinct and there are no internal ribs, so it can be printed much faster without compromising functionality (it shouldn't be printed without infill). And it will be significantly cheaper because thermoplastic can be expensive. Additionally, it can be much lighter, making it easier to stay afloat if printed with less infill. It doesn't require the extra weight from redundant ribs that v29 has. The sources are available here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/127002769eb5c2412870432a/w/84e3ee8687bc0f8d1c3acb2c/e/6e75b4f3ba9b11e85a305dd4. I printed and tested one, and it sounds much louder than v29 in my ears. Holy shit, it's still ringing! Don't use it in an enclosed room. UPD: branding and some details were added. I'm too lazy to make a separate unbranded version. You are completely allowed to create an unbranded version. You're even permitted to put any text or logo on it; just don't claim authorship. UPD1: an unbranded version was added for easier re-branding or if you simply dislike having all those letters. UPD2: it was tested outside, and bloody hell, it's loud! My ears are still ringing even though I was in an open field. UPD3: it appears that the Onshape guys are changing the interface once again, and the export button for anonymous viewers has been moved to an unknown location. Snapshots in every available format have been added to Thingiverse.
