Hi everyone! I've created a perfect mower blade with a 200mm cutting width using Bosch blades. This way, the blades can spin freely in a circle. It's compatible with all Worx models that have a standard cutting width of 180mm, including M and S models from the Landroid series. It runs smoothly and quietly, making it perfect for mowing. You can choose to use 2, 3, 4, or 6 blades at once. The thickness of the mower blade doesn't require an adapter to maintain the same cutting height as the original blade. Plus, its weight is slightly higher, which improves mowing performance by giving more swing mass and making it easier for the blades to cut through grass without putting too much strain on the motor. Printing settings: * Layer thickness: 0.3 * Upper and lower thickness: 0.9 * Pattern: zigzag * Horizontal expansion: 0.029 * Fill density: 80% * Print speed: 60mm/s Important note about infill: it should not be less than 167g, as this would compromise some of the benefits of the blade. Update to v3 (February 19, 2019): * Made the entire blade 2mm thinner. I had miscalculated and added an extra 2mm. * Shortened the blade openings by 1.5mm for better guidance. * Increased fill density to 80% to maintain weight. Update to v2 (October 10, 2018): * Shortened the "banana" sections so the blades don't get stuck and make the mower wobbly.
