-Note: sliced the silencer with UlitmakerCura 4.8. After printing a new silencer which was slices with the current version (5.1.0) I notized that the slicer f-ed up the thread. It was printed 0,5mm wider. If you notiz/ed something similar, please let me know, so I will adjust the files. Alternative you can size it down by 0,5mm while slicing.-

A little remix/new version of my V3 Airsoft Silencer.

It got a hollow base for acustic foam with max diameter of 34mm and 100mm lengh: (https://www.powair6.com/en/silencer-accessory/21520-balystik-silencer-foam-34x15x100mm.html)

I made 2 different caps for the silencer. Both fit extremly tight (especially the V2 cap), so a little work with sandpaper/file and a clamp (but body strengh works also) to put the cap on is needed. There´s no clue needed, but once the cap is mounted, you won´t get it off without breaking the silencer (and get a stubby one; pic 2).

The V1 cap would leave an gap between the cap and the base. Either you live with it or fill it with clue or something.

The V2 cap leaves an rather suitable offset.

Silencer:

lenght: 140mm

diameter: 40mm - 38mm

V1 cap diameter: 38mm

V2 cap diameter: 40mm

UPDATE: Made a second version with 30mm inner tube for more stability. Use foam like this: https://www.powair6.com/en/silencer-accessory/21505-balystik-silencer-foam-30x15x100mm.html
