In my last submission for this task, I highlight that KTM orange screams "Ready to race!" However, despite numerous attempts to minimize measurements, the trailer remains 150mm too broad to pass through a typical single garage entrance. To remedy this, the vehicle must first be removed from the trailer, allowing it to be easily maneuvered into the garage in a corkscrew pattern. After that, simply place the car back on the trailer, elevate the hitch section, and utilize the additional space for storing motorbikes as well. I've revamped prior designs to eliminate clutter and streamline the appearance. Finite element analysis revealed minimal lever deflection and no other alarming issues. Additionally, I redesigned the suspension system to enable toe-in and toe-out adjustments. Moving forward, I will refine this model and initiate construction shortly. Many thanks to GrabCadders for their encouraging feedback! Over the weekend, anticipate the upload of a Rhino 5 file showcasing this project's progress. Recently, I introduced an innovative sliding system on the load deck to facilitate easy car entry and exit, especially for vehicles with roofs and doors. Upon exiting the vehicle, the winch mechanism will first pull the load deck into the trailer before raising it to its final height.
