[v3.3.1 Update: 2022.06.20] BIQU H2 5015 The Claw v3.3.1 Fan Duct Re-Tweaked

This is a remix of CJLaw1611's duct at https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/the-claw-v3-1-slightly-modified-for-better-clearances. This duct works great for high speed printing, but it needed just a little more tweaking to give some better clearances and a more snug fit for the 5015 fan. I only remixed the basic mount by adding recessed nut retainers for mounting the fan and re-aligned the holes so that the fan sits in the duct better. I've also included an 8.5mm longer version for Volcano hotend users as well as spacers if you're using the supplied BLTouch or CR Touch probe mounts. This duct is fully compatible with my BIQU H2 mount at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4893522. More Ender 6 models at https://www.thingiverse.com/vampyrex13/collections/my-ender-6-models. Updates ------- • 2022.06.20: Duct outlet opening size restored and a new Volcano hotend compatible duct with probe spacers added. • 2022.04.14: Duct outlet adjusted to center the air on the nozzle. Duct narrowed slightly for better CR Touch clearance. • 2022.02.17: BLTouch and CR Touch mounts added. Klipper Firmware Notes ---------------------- [bltouch] x_offset: 44.5 y_offset: -28.5 [bed_mesh] mesh_min: Add 44.5 to the [stepper_x] position_min value. mesh_max: Subtract 28.5 from the [stepper_y] position_max value. Hardware ------------- Mount: • (1) M3x6mm socket cap screws • (1) M3x10mm socket cap screws Fan: • (2) M3x20mm socket cap screws • (2) M3 nuts Duct: • (2) M3x12mm socket cap screws • (2) M3 nuts Duct with BLTouch / CR Touch: • (2) M3x16mm socket cap screws • (2) M3 nuts BLTouch / CR Touch: • (2) M3x8mm socket cap screws • (2) M3 nuts BLTouch / CR Touch with Volcano Spacers: • (2) M3x14mm socket cap screws • (2) M3 nuts Printing Notes -------------- • Print this in PETG minimum, though ASA or ABS will be better. • I recommend using a single layer raft for the duct or it may pop off the bed when you get towards the top of the print. • I had good results without supports. If you need to use them, make sure you do no place any supports inside the duct. Installation Notes ----------------------- • If using the Volcano version with the BLTouch or CR Touch mounts, you'll need to install the respective probe spacer between the BLTouch / CR Touch and mount and use longer screws. • The probe spacers are not compatbile with BLTouch mount that attaches to the H2 fan. I will eventually make an updated mount for that. It should work fine with the CR Touch mount.
