You can purchase a professionally printed version on etsy or ebay from the authorized printing partner.For best results print PETG with the Quest 3 side up at a 45% angle with minimal tree supports to mar the AVP side (see last pic for example slicer setup)When putting the adapters on I find its best to connect the front side first, then snap the back on with firm pressure. Doing it the other way can crack the print since the front is thinner walls. When taking the adapters off the Quest headset, do the reverse, remove the front first then the back usually comes off with the front.
