How's the power supply doing in terms of power supply? You can whip out the multimeter, but you might as well just grab one of those dirt-cheap V20D voltmeters on eBay, deal-scream or Mines-in-a-box - it won't break the bank! Clip it to your printer or power supply and you'll get a constant readout on the voltage. Those LEDs are fantastic and guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Don't get too excited though; it's not that great for a reason. It's just a plain jane 7-segment LED setup and some basic circuitry under the hood. It desperately needs a housing, which is why I made this: Instructions Follow these super easy steps: First off, print out those two parts and clean up the holes in the lid with a 3mm drill, then the case itself with a 2.5mm drill. You might have to sand down some of those notches a bit to get it to fit the PCB - depending on your printer. Now, all you gotta do is stick it together where it belongs and voila! Double-stick tape is your best friend here. Black goes straight into ground. Red and white team up for positive voltage connections.
