This version fixes several printing issues: no more bridging, hollowed from the bottom for easier sealing if leaks occur, and excess area removed to save time and plastic. I've been having problems with printing: Micro leaks between layers are a big issue - they leak very slowly. If you know how to print without leaks or a cheap way to plug them, please let me know. A cell housing for 7 tubes is what I designed, intended for use in a water fuel cell. It's size-compatible with 4" inner diameter clear pipe. Here are the details on the tubes it was designed for: The outer tube has an outer diameter of 1", while the inner tube has an outer diameter of 3/4". These dimensions aren't related to Stan Meyer's tubes in any way. I make no claims about effectiveness, fit or suitability - this is just for interest. I recommend printing with a wall thickness greater than 1mm. The holes for contacts are 5mm in diameter and need to be tapped for M6 screws. Some nicer caps have also been created. Print Settings: Printer: Modified Cobblebot Rafts: Doesn't matter Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 15% Notes: Thicker walls/shells recommended, with at least 6 layers perimeters/shells used. PLA is not recommended - PETG or ABS preferred. I printed with a 0.4mm nozzle and still had micro leaks with PETG. Perhaps using a wider nozzle may reduce the risk of leaks? 100% infill may also help prevent leaks, but it will obviously increase print time. This print can take up to 35 hours - mine took 37 hours.
