v3 of the Infill 3D Bowden .75 Geared Extruder makes a significant change by incorporating a standard hobbed bolt as opposed to the smaller custom size hobbed bolt used in the first version; additional modifications have been implemented but currently remain forgotten. Instructions 1x Pneumatic Fitting 1/8 to 4mm 2x 688ZZ Bearings (Extruder) 1x 608ZZ Bearing (Idler) 2x M3 Washers (Springs) 2x M3X45 Socket Screw (Extruder to Idler) 4x M3X8 Socket Screw (Motor) 2x M3X16 Socket Screw (Idler) 4x M3 Nuts (Idler, Spring Screws) 2x 1/4" x 1/2" x .035" Utility Comp Springs (Extruder to Idler) 4x M8 Washers (Hobbed Bolt) 1x M8 Nyloc Nut (Hobbed Bolt) 1x Hobbed Bolt Be cautious when handling the pneumatic fitting, as it is easy to damage that area. It was considered essential to fortify it but space constraints made it difficult. With proper care, this configuration functions correctly. When mounting the motor, ensure alignment with the notch on the large gear; this notch provides access to the screws.
