The V2 Infill 3D Bowden 75 Geared Extruder includes a notch designed to feed in the filament, yet flexible filaments like Nijiflex (N) and Semiflex (S) often drop down and shift sideways, resulting in jams. Moreover, achieving the correct pressure proves challenging, as it frequently either causes jamming or fails to feed properly. To overcome these issues, I created spacer wedges for both Nijiflex (N) and Semiflex (S). By adjusting the pressure until just barely grasping the spacer, users can ensure smooth filament feeding. For PLA, a Semiflex (S) spacer is recommended, whereas ABS requires tightening the screws 5 full turns to achieve optimal results. Nylon filaments, on the other hand, necessitate tightening the screw 5 turns for Nijiflex (N) spacers to operate effectively.
