This silencer cuts down the racket generated by the extruders by 3-6 decibels: https://youtu.be/AWhgYuN5S6s. This is an upgraded version of the initial model: * Eliminated the need to use M3 screws and T-nuts * Simplified the part (no supports needed) * Reduced overall screw/nut count * Minimized extruder movement Installation: You'll require two M4 nuts to secure the extruder to the part. The component clicks onto the aluminum extrusion without any screws, just remove the blue rubber strip on the front! Print in TPU. It's recommended to enable retraction. No supports are necessary. Infill between 0-20% (this depends on your filament's flexibility). I use 10% for mine. I have not tried it with PLA.
