NEW ModulR model available on this link It is designed in several parts to facilitate printing and avoid media as much as possible. Its height can be adjusted to suit different nozzles. Designed for a 5015 radial fan. Position parts on tray as per photos, with brackets only on elbow part (notches and screw holes). Assembly: Use the back of your PEI plate (smooth part), glass bed... or any other type of tray with a smooth surface to get a nice flat piece. On the top of the central plate, sanding may be necessary to ensure that the contact surface is flat and watertight during assembly. If you do this, you won't have any leaks. You can also glue the parts together. For assembly you'll need: 4x M3 20 mm screws (nozzle and fan) 2x M3 8 mm screws (extruder) 2x M3 nuts (nozzle) I don't recommend printing with PLA because of the proximity to heat. Choose more resistant materials, PETG, ABS... Update: 14.12.2022 -Adjustment of the assembly (Angled V2 to V2.1) with the 5015 fan, which was causing problems with some fan brands. 18.08.2022 version V2 -Fan placed a little higher to lengthen the elbow and leave more space. -Bracket shape adapted to extruder height. *Thanks to Kingsidorak for modeling the extruder and EVA for the nozzle.
