Thank you Aykut Dana for your informative tutorial which greatly assisted me throughout the project, particularly with regards to the overall shape and dimensions of the engine. The finished engine has a bank angle of 65 degrees and follows the firing order of 1-7-5-11-3-9-6-12-2-8-4-10, as illustrated in the accompanying image. To reduce the overall number of parts required, I utilized configurations to group mirrored components such as cylinder heads and exhaust manifolds, as well as similar parts with varying dimensions or features like intake and exhaust valves. The engine folder consists of 46 files, including both assemblies and individual parts, resulting in a total of 878 components within the final assembly and 2086 mates. I highly recommend checking out the AssemblyXpert information provided in the images above for more details. This project was an incredibly exciting and rewarding experience, during which I gained valuable knowledge and dedication, resulting in sleepless nights of passion. I am thrilled to share this creation with the GrabCAD community, providing both SolidWorks files in a rar format and also offering IGES and STEP file options for download. Thank you for taking the time to read my detailed description and appreciate your interest in my project.
