V11 Kickstand Mount for bigger tires

If you put a knobby tire on your Inmotion V11 EUC you may notice that the original kickstand placement angle allows it to touch the tire and get caught in the knobbies. This is dangerous and could cause the motor to overload. This modification bracket will easily replace the original bracket with two screws. This bracket does not allow the kickstand to open a far as the stock bracket so the tire will be kept at a further distance from the tire. My son and I designed this from scratch using Autodesk Inventor. I went through 6 iterations before I felt the design was good enough for distribution. Version 1.5 had a higher "stop" that I thought would be good to prevent the bracket from popping out of this holder. Unfortunately that design put force on a weak point and would break too easily. I tried this with ABS and resin before deciding to make the "stop" smaller in 1.6. The kickstand can be pushed past the "stop" so that it engages the tire, but the amount of force required makes me think it is not likely to do this accidentally. In my experience if you print this “face up” with ABS you will get a cleaner print but it may warp/bow a bit. The bow will go away as you tighten the screws. You may want to print the left and right files separately because printing them both together may lead to some warping depending on the orientation of the part when it is printed.
