V0 Dragon Burner ADXL345 accelerometer brace

This replaces the “brace” part of the Dragon Burner toolhead (https://github.com/chirpy2605/voron/tree/main/V0/Dragon_Burner) for the Voron v0.2. You can mount an ADXL345 accelerometer to it for measuring resonances. The brace needs to be replaced again after calibration, otherwise it can collide with the z screw. The mount is pretty close to the nozzle so it should result in pretty precise measurements. I tested it with the standard cowl and a Dragon SF Hotend. BOM:2x 10mm M3 screws for the brace2x 6mm M3 screws for the accelerometer2x M3 4mm heated inserts (slighty longer might also work)
