V0.2 Umbilical Plate with X-Endstop

This mod maintains the use of the X endstop in V0.1 but also incorporates the increased stability of the toolhead mount from V0.2. I noticed that there's just enough clearance to move the X endstop switch to the umbilical plate, clearing the extruder motor, and with a slight adjustment to the X endstop - you get the best of both.Pictures are from JackJack3231's miniSB mods for alternate extruders - but I think it should work on the standard miniSB (not tested though!)
