Two versions of a V-Slot wheel designed for OpenBuilds C-Beam or other matching aluminum extrusions are now available. One model utilizes two 45-degree bevels as bearing surfaces, while the other features a completely rounded profile. Both parts incorporate a standard 608 skate bearing that can only be inserted from one side. Additionally, both designs include an inner rim to secure the bearing in the center of the wheel. Both wheels measure 10.5 mm when laid flat. The round wheel has a greatest diameter of 32mm, whereas the beveled wheel measures 30mm at its maximum diameter. Although both versions are currently untested, they show great potential. The flat outer face of the beveled wheel stands at 6.5mm tall. It is essential to position holes 13mm (on center) away from the edge of the extrusion for optimal results. As always, your mileage may vary.
