This is a stand/pedestral for the ninebot G30 D Max to fix & store it vertical for efficient taking with in public transports and space saving store at home. It is compatible with G30D, G30 Max, G30D2, G30 Max 2. Printer Settings: - 100% Infill Printing at the stand tips (create a cutting mesh like in screenshot to set up this) - 20% Infill Printing at the rest of the part - 0,2 mm layer height - if print bed of 220x220mm, you have to print without skirt or brim (set to none) and horizontal angled 45° - No supports at the hose clamp channel (create a support-less mesh) - Tree supports angled 70° at the rest of the part - See screenshots for printer settings example - upper ring optimized: slipping away of the hose clamp is now less likely Special Settings for upper ring: - Infill 100% allover - Printing walls from inside to outside to prevent overhang - no supports - wall thickness of 6 lines (speeds up printing ~45 minutes less) Additional Parts needed: - hose clamp 9 x 60 - 80 mm UPDATES 16.07.2022 - Final Release, it's no longer work in progress :) - redesigned basic element to V2, it now allows faster printing and easier assembly - small bottom ring removed (it's not longer needed) - Info added for additional needed Parts - Printer Settings added 01.07.2022 - Updated buttom ring: similiar wall thickness on both sides, clearance for weld added 29.06.2022 - Updated model design of basic element (less material needed, faster printing time) - Updated model design of bottom ring lower height and width and lower thickness for better fitting - all files renamed to shorter names 21.06.2022 - Initial release, it's just work in progress and not finally, yet!
