This is a versatile Z carriage that serves as a general-purpose component. As seen in the accompanying picture, its design enables it to support a horizontal 2020 extrusion seamlessly. You can easily mirror the part within your slicer to print the opposite side with precision. Furthermore, you have the flexibility to adjust the tension using the M3 screw. To assemble each carriage, you will require: - Three V Slot wheels for smooth operation - Three M5 x 40mm components for added stability - Three M5 nuts for secure fastening - One M3 x 20mm screw for fine-tuning tension **Important Note:** Since I'm utilizing Misumi T-Slot extrusions, you may need to make some adjustments if you're working with V-Slot. To accommodate this, I've included a Fusion 360 file that allows for customization of the wheel spacing to suit your specific needs.
