V slot wheel
thingiverse
I was in dire need of v-slot wheels, but unfortunately, the time it takes to order them from China is simply too long, so I turned to OpenBuilds and used their CAD model to print my own. Of course, bearings and washers are also essential, which I fortunately had on hand from previous projects. I also added the factory file for my specific polycarbonate printing settings to ensure a smooth finish and prevent those pesky zits and blobs that can occur with standard settings. As it turned out, they look fantastic. With just a bit of polishing, they're essentially indistinguishable from genuine polycarbonate wheels. Note that the small imperfections you might notice are actually tiny holes rather than blobs - and rest assured, they have zero impact on their rolling performance. I've scaled down the STL file by 1% to account for the material's shrinkage ratio. I've also included a non-scaled STL file for those who prefer it that way.
With this file you will be able to print V slot wheel with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on V slot wheel.
